The Square Alternator Stitch


The Square Alternator Stitch involves alternating between a Square Stitch and a Circle Stitch. Switching back and forth between the two stitches gives this lanyard a unique look.

You will need:
2 pieces of craft lace - equal length
1' of lace will equal about 1.5" of lanyard

I. Starting the Square Alternator Stitch:
The Square Alternator Stitch starts the same way as the Square Stitch

II. Doing the Square Alternator Stitch:


III. Remembering What Your Last Stitch Was:


IV. Finishing the Square Alternator Stitch:
The Square Alternator Stitch finishes the same way as the Square Stitch
