The Quad Stitch is like the Square Stitch with one extra strand on each side. This stitch can be difficult at first. You should be able to do the Wall Stitch before working on this one.
You will need:
4 pieces of craft lace - equal length; 1' of lace will equal about 1'' of lanyard
